Communications and Service Response Time
Core Dialysis believes that secure, timely, and precise communication is essential for managing an excellent acute dialysis service. Standard hours of operation are from 5:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday. This will include holidays when necessary. We also provide 24-hour coverage and services with our on-call staff. We limit hospital staff and physician uncertainty through superior communication methods.
Core Dialysis is one of the few companies that provide multiple channels of communication including: direct phone access/paging, HIPAA compliant chat, and web-based communication. Our multi-channel approach assures that every message is processed accordingly. Furthermore, we have backup staff for all our on-call nurses and calls/messages.
